The project consists of 3 parts connected by a road and rail link:
- Industrial port
- Free zone
- Customs
In the port are provided dry bulk berth, RO-Lo berth, RO-RO berth, containership berth, container storage, truck parking and service buildings.
In the free zone will be:
- an Administrative zone, with a central administration, show rooms, outlet, dormitory, bar restaurant and call center;
- Industries like fason, cigarettes manifactures, heavy industries, technical laboratory, aircaft service and runway.
Near the free zone will be realized the customs with offices, container storage, parking, services and hotel.
